White Brotherhood
Some of the members of SOPSTVO are part of the Universal White Brotherhood - Teaching given by Beinsa Douno (Petar D'nov) - The Teacher. The name does not support racial division, but it symbols our innerness and our willingness to live by the principles of the Good. In the White Brotherhood one can learn about the righterous way of living, righterous development of the human virtues and methods for inner development. The Teacher left preachings and teachings on topics about right diet, healing with music, righterous way of praying, righterous weay of living and thinking and the Panevritmija - method for complete and harmonious development of the body, the thoughts and the soul.
PANEURHYTHMY
Paneurhythmy is a science containing of exercises for harmonization and development of the body, the mind and the sould. The exercises are performend with music. Paneurhithmycan be played by everyone: children, adults and elders. Every year on 19th of August, close to the Seven Lakes on Rila Mountine thousands of followers are gathering to celebrate the White Brotherhood New year where Paneurhythmy is performed and teachings are being held on various topics.


In SOPSTVO Paneurhthmy is performed every wednesday beggining at 7 o'clock (19:00).
